"The company named Babaklub offers not only baby-sitting but training of future baby-sitters. Bánhegyiné Laczai Zsófia owner told us that the baby-sitters who get their qualification at Babaklub become reliable professionals. None of the families had complaints about their students. The agency organise intensive trainings, which are finished with an examination. The students get a Hungarian-English certificate. The candidates learn baby and infant care and theory of communication. Most of the families feel that the certificate is important but good references are in the first place. Many of our clients would like to call the baby-sitters? former employer to be convinced about their reliability. She added that the families do not have to pay for their service. The employers can decide if they would like to give their address to the baby-sitters or they want to have a discussion through the agency. The company asks for health certificate from a doctor, CV, the copy of diplomas, certificates they have. Bánhegyiné Laczai Zsófia told us that both young women and grandmothers work enthusiasticly for their agency, but the most popular baby-sitters are the ones who are experienced enough. However, there also was an example when the family was looking for a boy baby-sitter for their footballer son."
